What store owners ask before they move.

What exactly is free?
Moving and rebuilding your store, every WebForger app, and hosting for your first 3 months. There is no build fee under this offer. Your domain registration and anything you buy from third parties are not part of the offer.
When do the 3 months start?
On the day your store goes live on your own domain. The time we spend rebuilding and the time you spend reviewing do not count.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us before your 3 months end and you pay nothing. We never change or delete anything on your current store, so while you keep it you can point your domain back at any time.
Is my data safe during the move?
We work from your store's public pages and the product exports you choose to share. We never ask for your login password. Your current store keeps taking orders until you switch your domain, and checkout on WebForger runs on Stripe, so card details never touch our servers.
What do I pay after 3 months?
Only the standard monthly hosting fee for the Ecommerce plan, as listed on our pricing page. No build fee and no app fees. It is month to month and you can cancel any time.
Which stores qualify?
Online stores with up to 2,000 products. For bigger catalogues, multiple stores or custom integrations, we quote on your brief.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We carry over your page titles and descriptions and redirect your old URLs to their new addresses, so search engines and customers land on the right page.
How long is the offer open?
The offer is open to stores that contact us by 31 December 2026. It is first come, first served, and we take stores in the order they apply.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. The agents work behind the scenes and you run your store the way you do today. When AI shopping agents visit, your store is ready for them.
